Susan is the Clinical Research Coordinator for the Cardiothoracic Surgery program at TPCH. As a Clinical Epidemiologist and hospital scientist, she has 30 years’ experience managing clinical quality registers and in diverse clinical research from the lab to the patient. Her passion is facilitating evidence-based decision making and innovation in clinical practice through better use of Real World data and evidence

Desiree is the Workforce Program Manager at Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) and has been managing the Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) program since 2018. She also worked with the CHIA Examination Committee on the revision of the Australian Health Informatics Competency Framework and other workforce development programs.

Dr Dushyanthen is a Professor in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. She is also Director of Digital Transformation in Healthcare Education in the School of Health Sciences. She has launched innovative new online courses and open access programmes and works extensively to create programmes of education and professional development courses for healthcare professionals.

Tomoki Ishikawa works at the Institute for Health Economics and Policy in Japan. His research interests is exploring methodology to understand the relationships between policy changes and healthcare systems, using real-world databases. He is engaged in research combines methods from business administration, medical informatics, and epidemiology to obtain policy implications.

Dr. Jannik Schaaf has more than 6 years of experience in various research projects in medical informatics. Since 2019, he leads the research group "Data Usage and Processing" at the Institute of Medical Informatics at Goethe University Frankfurt, which focuses on the design, development and evaluation of user-centered medical applications.

Dr Rosie Dobson is a Psychologist and Senior Research Fellow at the National Institute for Health Innovation, University of Auckland, and Te Whatu Ora Waitematā. She is involved in the design and development of digital health tools with a focus on using digital to make health services more accessible.

Anna Janssen is currently a Senior Research Fellow RISe Group, The University of Sydney and an Industry Fellow in the Digital Health Cooperative Research Centre (DHCRC). She has extensive experience undertaking projects focused on the design and implementation of digital technologies in healthcare.

Professor Kerryn Butler-Henderson is the Director of the RMIT University Digital Health Hub. She has several large-funded research projects evaluating digital health interventions in various health settings and digital health workforce research and leadership. Kerryn was recognized for her expertise with several national and international awards.

Dr Fenton is the project director for the Gaining Equity in Training for Public Health Informatics and Technology training program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is responsible for the School of Biomedical Informatics certificate, master’s and doctoral degree programs.

Ursula H. Hübner, PhD, FIAHSI is a professor of Medical and Health Informatics and Quantitative Methods at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Germany, where she also serves as academic dean for digitalization and the promotion of young scientists. She is founder and head of the Health Informatics Research Group. Ursula Hübner served as international co-chair of TIGER and is the current IMIA Secretary. She is Board Member of the German Society of Medical Informatics, Biometry and Epidemiology.
