Panel: Remote patient monitoring: Promises and challenges for medically-underserved communities
Remote patient monitoring (RPM) may improve the care and self-management of people in rural and remote areas. In this panel, we explore the current state of RPM and present three use cases of projects focused on medically-underserved populations in the United States and Australia. The panellists will highlight program successes, outcomes and challenges as well as engage the audience in discussion of promises and barriers for RPM-enabled health models.
