Marianne St Clair and her husband left their university research roles and established Simbani Research – operated from a property about 35 kms south of Darwin. Simbani is keen to expand its research into developing innovative models of health service delivery and get better health services/outcomes for remote people.

Shaun is the State Lead for Virtual Health Care for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Queensland Section. He is a practicing rural generalist doctor in primary health, telehealth and aeromedical retreival, and is a fellow of the Australian College or Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). Shaun's current role involves oversight of the RFDS telehealth and telepharmacy service, virtual health workforce planning, clinical governance and Digital Health Strategy development.
