Dr Monica Trujillo is Telstra Health’s Chief Health Officer, a role which focusses on bringing digital capabilities together to support customers solving complex problems in health and aged care sectors across Australia and the wider international markets. Dr Trujillo has global expertise and, prior to joining Telstra Health, was Senior Director, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Information Officer at Cerner Australia and Asia Pacific. 

Lyndon Goddard is the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Public Policy at Eucalyptus, one of Australia's largest telehealth platforms. In his legal role he advises on a wide range of health regulatory issues, including health practitioner regulation, the advertising of therapeutic goods and health services, pharmacy ownership rules, pharmacy practice rules, and poisons and therapeutic goods legislation. In his policy role he prepares submissions to public consultation processes on regulatory reform proposals and meets regularly with external stakeholders relevant to the telehealth and broader health sector.

Jolynn Payne is a Business Development Manager at Telstra Health, where she is passionate about driving better patient outcomes by making education more accessible and effective for GPs —particularly in rare diseases and patient groups who are difficult to access. With eight years of experience in the clinical education space, Jolynn brings a strong foundation in user experience and adoption, designing targeted programs that focus on providing the right information at the right time to support meaningful change. Before joining Telstra Health, Jolynn held key roles at MedicalDirector (now part of Telstra Health), partnering with clients to deliver high-value GP patient education initiatives. Her work consistently focused on improving engagement, delivery, and adoption of digital health solutions to enable more person-centred, connected care.

As Appian's Health Industry Lead, Andrew Williams helps healthcare customers harness the power of AI and digital transformation to improve critical processes. He is an expert at helping teams collaborate to increase quality, lower costs, and boost satisfaction for both staff and patients. He previously held a similar role at Intel, focusing on investments in health data, genomics, and AI. Andrew is dedicated to empowering future generations through his active involvement in STEM pathways for digital health.
