Speaker: Andrew Williams
The Australian healthcare landscape faces escalating demand and workforce challenges, driving new service delivery models such as virtual care and Hospital in the Home. Integrating these innovations across varying service maturities is complex. This session demonstrates how Appian's AI-powered platform enhances connected care by transforming complex workflows. We'll showcase global successes from the NHS and US Health Services, alongside local examples like the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ); revealing how Appian's intelligent orchestration, powered by embedded AI and amplified by AWS services, streamlines complex patient journeys, boosts operational efficiency, and elevates patient and staff experiences. Leave with concrete ideas to deliver safer, more efficient care through digital process optimisation.
