Dr. Lankika Dhanushi Jayathilaka, a primary care physician with an MSc and MD in Health Informatics, has over a decade of healthcare experience. She was one of the pioneers in building Sri Lanka's national electronic health record. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Flinders University, her research focuses on mental health service integration through commissioning, using the EPIS framework. Her work addresses stakeholder challenges in mental health service delivery, enhancing system coordination, efficiency, and patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Hsiu-Hsin Tsai, PHD is a professor at Chang Gang University in Taiwan. She has been teaching for 23 years and specializes in geriatric nursing. Her research interests include: Nursing home, family, elderly residents, depression, and digital health. She has been the principal investigator for several government-funded national research studies on long-term care of older people and telehealth. She also published many articles related to nursing home residents and digital health.
