Renae Buckley brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, bringing a deep understanding of the Australian healthcare system and exceptional leadership skills to Rauland.
Throughout her career, Renae has introduced leading health and medical technologies to the ANZ markets that significantly impact clinical outcomes across various disciplines. Her expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, combined with her unique blend of business acumen and people skills, creates growth opportunities and guides strategic decision making.
Passionate about giving back to the community, Renae also serves as a board director and Vice President of the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation. In this role, she is dedicated to raising awareness and funds through strategic partnerships and events, providing crucial support and resources for individuals fighting breast cancer.
Prior to joining Rauland, Renae held executive positions at GE HealthCare.

With close to 20 years of experience in healthcare and nursing, as a registered nurse (RN) Tim has a robust track record of successfully leading and managing healthcare change initiatives across diverse projects.
His career spans various roles ranging from frontline to management as a registered nurse, clinical analyst and clinical advisor, focusing on clinical building design and redevelopment with a digital ready and transformation focus.
Throughout his career, Tim held various leadership roles in organisations such as Mater and Metro North Hospital and Health Services, leading deployments in greenfield and brownfield sites. His expertise lies in change management, clinical workflow analysis and bringing technical and clinical teams together to achieve impactful results for patients and staff alike.

I am a passionate and experienced digital health Executive who enjoys delivering great customer experiences, exemplary implementation science, significant operational efficiencies, and improvements in clinical outcomes through the application of digital transformation. I bring a deep level of clinical knowledge and experience to the team and have over 25 years of clinical experience within the healthcare sector. I began my career as a Registered Nurse and I hold a Masters degree in Health Science Education and a PhD from The Kirby Institute in the Faculty of Medicine at UNSW. I have built a career as a Clinical Consultant specialising in clinical re-design and innovation in digital health.

Emarson joined Rauland in 2015 and has since consistently driven innovation throughout the organization. He has deep expertise in multi-channel, multidevice product development and a proven track record of launching commercially successful products. He also has experience in the Startup scene, working on the world's first automated video editing technology.
He is passionate about all things digital, health tech and AI, and enjoys building and mentoring high-performance tech teams to meet their fullest potential.

Professor Wickramasinghe is the inaugural Optus Chair and Professor of Digital Health at La Trobe University; the Professor – Director Health Informatics Management at Epworth HealthCare and holds honorary research professor positions at MCRI, the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Northern Health. For over 20 years, she has been actively researching and teaching within the digital health domain in US, Germany and Australia. In 2020, she was awarded the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt award for outstanding contribution to Digital Health.
