Thanks for your interest in attending NMiDH to be held at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre on Saturday 3 August 2024.

If you also plan to attend HIC 2024 from 5 - 7 August, please use this form to register as a discounted rate applies for attendance at both conferences.

If you would like to register a group to attend the NMiDH conference, a discount of 15% applies.  Please use this form to register a group of 3+.

On completion of this form you will have the option to pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.   If you require an invoice for payment, please use this form to register.
